The Club’s 2017 AGM will be held in the Function Room at Stratford Town Football Club at 9:30pm on Thursday, November 16. The agenda for the meeting is:

1. Apologies for absence
2. The Approval of the Minutes of the 2016 AGM
3. The Chairman’s Report
4. The Diving Officer’s Report
5. The Treasurer’s Report
6. The Training Officer’s Report
7. The Election of Committee Members for the forthcoming year
   At this point in the meeting retiring committee members will step down from the the table and be replaced by new committee members
8. Any Other Business
   The Chairman will invite members to make comments or ask questions of the new committee

Members wishing to make any formal proposals regarding the constitution or running of the Club must submit these in writing to Sally Richards no later than Thursday November 2nd.

Members wishing to nominate another Member for election must:

1. Obtain that member’s agreement to stand for office
2. Obtain a seconder for the nomination
3. Obtain the nominated member’s signature
4. Submit the attached nomination form to Sally Richards (Secretary) no later than Thursday November 9th.
